Driven by a passion to see his client's visions realized through a hands-on approach, Brian Timpe founded Manholcon, LLC. His approach to project management is to support the client’s manifested vision by holistically planning each aspect of the project to converge the parts and pieces to deliver an exceptional project.

With over 15 years of experience managing diverse projects like data centers, corporate offices, multi-family residential, hospitality, and more he understands the technical and financial considerations to successfully navigate the project from start to finish.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and holds globally recognized credentials: Project Management Professional (PMP®), Certified Construction Manager (CCM®), and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM®).
